What we meet
All of this work is relational. We are wounded in relationship, and we heal in relationship: with a partner, with family, with money, with life itself. My craft is building the relationship in which change becomes possible. Mix any who with any what, one to one or in a circle. The container is built around you.
Why me
My life is devoted to healing. Of myself, my body, my relationships, my community. Embodiment, ceremony and community saved my sanity, my happiness and my creativity, and turned me into someone whose deepest joy is walking beside others as they cross that same bridge.
Before dedicating myself fully to this work, I spent a decade in tech startups as a product and customer experience leader. Many of my clients come from that world; I speak the language of high performing minds meeting profound states.
I am trained in couples therapy, and relationship is the ground of everything I do. I have led ceremonies and workshops at international festivals including ZNA Gathering and Tribal Gathering, hold emotional forums in the tradition of the Tamera community, and this year I begin AWE, a three year training in ecstatic mysticism.
My daily ground is body based practice: yoga, movement, meditation. Dancing is my art. Nature is my friend.

How
Whether it is one person or a whole circle, the craft is the same: creating a field safe enough for what is hidden to come into the light.
I design and produce my own ceremonial music journeys, mapping the space between mind and body. Guided meditation, breathwork, movement and yoga are woven into every container I hold.
