What happens after the window closes

What we will cover

A journey does not heal a relationship. It opens a window. What decides whether anything stays is what sits on either side of it.

Before

The four questions no couple should go in without, and the most common mistake: going in to settle an open argument. What is already in a relationship gets amplified, not decided.

The window

What happens when the defences come down: a truth that has not been said for years finally gets said, and there is still no capacity to hold it. That is the whole gap.

After

The thirty days nobody plans for. What work looks like when it holds what opened, instead of missing it from a distance.

What you leave with

  • The four preparation questions, answered separately, in writing, beforehand.
  • Five rituals you carry in with you: the sealed intention letter, the written agreements, the playlist of the two of you, and more.
  • The weekly conversation protocol, four parts across thirty days. Sent to everyone who registers, including those who could not make it.
  • What the research says and what it does not, limitations included. No promises and no certainty that is not there.

Healing is not the end of fear. It is widening what can be held, together with it.

Who this is for

I would rather say this upfront than have you sit through an hour in the wrong room.

Yes, if

There is a base of safety between you, even a cracked one.

Both intentions are real, and nobody is being dragged along.

The symptom is "we love each other and we are stuck".

You came back from something deep and watched it fade.

Not now, if

There is violence or fear at home.

One of you is going along in order not to disappoint.

There is an active psychiatric crisis, or medication that needs medical review.

The decision about the relationship itself has not been made.

I do not provide any substance, I am not present during a journey, and I do not recommend or refer to any provider or setting. I work on emotional preparation and integration, and on the relationship itself. This talk is educational only and is not medical or legal advice.
