There is no healing without feeling.
The shape changes: a festival dancefloor, a small circle in a forest, a workshop room. The craft stays the same.
Guided meditation and breath, so the body actually lands in the room. We start where the day leaves us, not where we pretend to be.
I design and produce my own ceremonial music journeys, mapping the space between mind and body. Movement, dance, stillness. No steps to learn, no way to do it wrong.
A circle to close, so the journey has somewhere to arrive before we return to the world. What moved gets a moment to settle.
By the end you will have let your body say things that had no words, and you will leave with the quiet that comes after honest movement.
