The ceremony is not the hard part. The weeks before and after are.
Deep states are familiar territory for me. I know the onset, the dissolution, the return, and what a person needs in each phase, in body, heart and mind. My work lives on both sides of the experience: making sure you arrive ready, and making sure what you found actually lands in your life.
Read next: Integration, the first 30 days.
Before: preparation
Intention that is honest rather than decorative. Readiness of body and mind. Agreements about safety and support. Knowing what you are walking toward, and what you are walking with.
I also prepare couples walking toward an MDMA assisted experience together: the conversations to have before, the agreements that protect the connection, and how to meet each other inside something so open. This is preparation and integration coaching only; the journey itself is yours. More on MDMA couples preparation
After: integration
The insight arrives loud and clear, and then life gets louder. Integration is where a strong experience becomes a changed life: sessions in the weeks after, practices that anchor what you saw, and a steady hand when difficult material surfaces. Nothing you bring will be judged or pathologized.
Microdosing
For those exploring microdosing, I offer education and integration support around existing protocols, including LSD, psilocybin and peyote traditions: how a protocol is structured, how to observe and track, how to listen to what is changing, and how to weave it into work, relationships and creative life. Education and integration support only.
A substance is a catalyst, not a substitute. Lasting change needs preparation, environment and integration.
