One system, not another app you'll abandon.
Most founders I work with do not come because they don't know what to do. They come because it all lives in their head, or scattered across five half-used tools, and the thing that actually needs doing gets found too late.
One business, an enormous number of projects, all live at the same time. You are good at solving problems in the moment. What is missing is not more discipline, it is one reliable place things go and one rhythm for looking at them again.
I coach founders on this 1:1, weekly. Twenty so far. My proof of concept is my own operation: I run a full AI-driven system for everything I do, email, calendar, tasks and notes, with memory that carries context between sessions and checkpoints so nothing important slips silently. It did not arrive that way. It got built, piece by piece, around how I actually work, the same way we build yours.
Where things currently live, what you check daily versus weekly, where things fall through. Most of what exists stays. We are not replacing your brain with a framework, we are finding what it is already doing right.
Light enough that you keep using it under real pressure, not just in the week we built it. Familiar with GTD and Building a Second Brain, and neither is the point. The point is the one that survives contact with your actual week.
If a piece stops working two weeks in, we change the piece. The system that fails you was probably imposed on you; the one that holds was built with you in the room.
What works, consistently, is not the framework. It is starting from your actual current workload and habits instead of a fixed template, and being willing to rebuild a piece the moment it stops earning its keep.
By the end
By the end of our work you will have one system you are still running in month two, a weekly rhythm that catches what would otherwise slip, and the ability to rebuild a piece of it yourself when your business changes shape again, because it will.
The system that survives is the one built around how you actually work, not the one you wish you were.
With a 30 minute intro call, free and with no commitment. We look at where it is currently breaking down, whether I am the right person for it, and what a first month would look like.
If you would rather look at the general approach first, there is more on how I work one to one.
Coaching. I am not going to hand you a strategy deck or tell you what your business should do. We work on the operational system underneath the business: what you capture, what you check, what you drop, and why it keeps falling apart at the same point. That is a coaching relationship, weekly, not a one-time consulting engagement.
Because none of those failed on the tool. They failed because a system was imposed on you instead of built around how you actually work. We start by mapping what you already do, keep what works, and build one loop light enough that you are still using it in month two, not week two. If it stops working, we change it, not you.
A weekly call, usually 45 to 60 minutes, for three to six months. The system itself often stabilises inside the first month; the rest of the time is holding it under real pressure, not building it from scratch.
Founders are where this work is sharpest, because one business means everything collides in the same head with no one else to hand it to. If you run many things at once without the word founder in your title, the same work usually applies.
